Reservations and cancellation of reservations::

On the Tapas & Bikes website, you can make your reservations comfortably in a few “clicks”. In case you want to personalize your visit, or to send us any questions you can also do so trough Whatsapp, email or telephone service.

Below is our cancellation policy for you to consider before joining any of our itineraries:

• Tapas & Bikes reserves the right to cancel any gastronomic route, tour or getaway due to force majeure. In these cases, we will inform you about the situation and we will propose another date for your tour if possible. 
• In case of rain, biking and walking tours will be cancelled, but the rides and private visits can still take place. For this purpose, we will provide you with means to protect you from the rain if you do not have them.
• Voluntary cancellations must be made 48 hours before the day stipulated for your route. We will be very grateful to you and it will be of great help to us to make way for other participants who can fill your place.

Schedules and holidays :

• All the itineraries have an established schedule that you can check on the website. We ask you to be punctual for a correct development of our visit.
• Some stores have holiday periods during which they remain closed. In these cases we will look for similar alternatives or even not carry out the itinerary during those dates.

Rides and gastronomic routes :

• Our gastronomic bike tours and routes may vary their starting point for logistical reasons. If this happens, we will notify you well in advance indicating the exact starting point of the itinerary.
• All itineraries will be conducted in small groups of no more than 8 people (in some cases 10 people). A minimum of 4 people is required to start the ride. In case we do not fill the seats, we will inform you well in advance and propose another date.
• Some of the places we are going to visit do not accept reservations and we may have to wait a few minutes to be seated. We ask you to have a little patience, although these situations will not be frequent. You should also note that in some places, tapas and drinks are served at the bar and are taken standing up.

Private rides and getaways :

• Trips outside Barcelona will be made on shared trips. However, if you wish, you have the possibility of reserving a private tour exclusively for you and your companions.
• Private tours have a maximum of 4 seats, but can be extended if you wish. For this purpose contact with us.

Payments:

• All payments will be made through our website.
• All our prices include taxes.
• Tapasandbikes.com does not maintain any commercial agreement with restaurant and/or transport establishments, nor does it accept financial commissions for attracting clients (regardless of whether they offer them for practical purposes to the guides). All the places where we take you are chosen based on subjective criteria of quality and location, allways seeking excellence and good practices in the places we visit. They may not be the cheapest places but they are where you will find the highest quality for an unforgettable experience.

Covid-19 measurements::

At present, Spanish legislation allows the mask to be dispensed with in practically any space, except in hospitals, pharmacies, public transport and health centers. If you deem it appropriate, we will provide you with free face masks and hydroalcoholic gel for you to use when necessary on any of our itineraries, especially if you are traveling in a closed vehicle.
